Event Pavilion Venue: This 200 person capacity venue will be used for ongoing transformational events
Canopy Restaurant: Raised up into to jungle canopy up top the cliff and overlooking the Caribbean sea this will be the main restaurant for the community
Wellness Center: Spa services, energy modalities, high tech longevity treatments
Juice & Organic Wine Bar: Cliffside juice bar serving organic drinks
Marina: Eco-friendly 100+ slips in 3 phases
Plant Medicine Temple: Designed for plant medicine retreats
Yacht Charter: Yacht(s) to charter for the residents & hotel guests
Scuba & Water Sports: Scuba expeditions, snorkeling, kayaks, paddleboards, & jet ski rentals
Aligned Residential Communities: We've identified 9 residential sections with overwater, land, and treevilla sites. Each section can have its unique theme, as long as it aligns with our overall vision.
Over/Under water Restaurant
Organic Food Farm: Permaculture sciences to provide high yielding crops and support soil health
Business Center: Shared working areas
Hotel Operations: Homeowners can place their homes in a hotel-run rental pool for additional income when not in use
School
Conservation & Humanitarian Organization: A non-profit organization with a dedicated structure manned by volunteer biologist. The objective of studying & protecting the wildly diverse rainforest & marine ecosystems of the island as well as humanitarian works
